With the digital key, you can easily unlock the door to your holiday accommodation. Tap and open the door to start your holiday. It couldn't be easier!

To open the door to your accommodation, you need the CAT Smart Lock app. Below you will find the link to the app.

How does it work?
- Step 1: After downloading, open the CAT Smart Lock app. You will see a + sign in the top right corner; tap on it. Here you can enter a personal PIN code. A unique Smart Lock code will be generated for each person in your travel group; this can be found on your arrival voucher.
- Step 2: Make sure you are standing at the front door of your accommodation before continuing. You can open the door lock using an internet connection. After entering the PIN code, you will see the lock of your accommodation in the app.
- Opening the door: You can open the door by tapping the button in the CAT Smart Lock app and turning the door knob to the right. Use the door handle to enter.
- Closing the door: To close the door of your accommodation, lift the door handle after closing the door, then lock the door by tapping the button in the CAT Smart Lock app and turning the door knob to the left. Both the digital key and the PIN code are valid from your check-in time until your check-out time.
- You will not be able to open the door before your check-in time or after your check-out time. Each person has a unique Smart Lock code on their arrival voucher. A code is created for each guest in your travel group. You can log in once with your personal login code. It is not possible to share this code.
- Would you like to receive an extra code? You can request one at reception.
If you are unable to download the app, you can request a pass at reception to open the door. We wish you a very pleasant stay!
