Camping Delftse Hout is a beautiful camping near Rotterdam. From the site you can easily explore the big city of Rotterdam. Our camping is located in the peaceful nature of Delftse Hout, close to the city centre of Delft.
With Rotterdam only 15 minutes away, you should really take at least one day to discover this port city. With the port, the Markthal – an indoor food market - and the many other attractions that the city has to offer, Rotterdam is a great place to spend a day (or more). Our camping near Rotterdam is a great base for day trips in the area.
Rotterdam is of course known for its world class harbour. The best way to discover the harbour is with a harbour tour with the boat Spido. You will get a look in the past but also an idea of all the modern innovations. Sights like Central Station Rotterdam, the Erasmusbrug, the Markthal and the Cube Houses are not to be missed. At the Kop van Zuid you will also find a lot of nice restaurants and special architecture.
In addition to a day out to Rotterdam, we also recommend visiting The Hague. And if you’ve seen enough of the city, why not enjoy a lovely rest day at our camping near Rotterdam. Of course, you can also come and camp at our campsite. All pitches range from 90 to 120 m2 and are nicely located on the park. We have special paved pitches for camper vans, where you can easily drive in and out.
